Our websites may use Google Analytics or similar services. These applications are third party services which allow us to measure and analyse the use of our website. The provider of these services may be located in any country worldwide (in the case of Google Analytics which is operated by Google Inc. it is the U.S., www.google.com). The service provider uses permanent cookies for these applications. We will not disclose any personal data to the service provider (who will also not save any IP addresses). The service provider may, however, monitor the use of the website by the user and combine this data with data from other websites monitored by the same service provider which the user has visited and the servicer may use these findings for its own benefits (e.g. control of advertisement). The service provider knows the identity of the user who has registered with the service provider. In this case the processing of personal data will be the service provider’s responsibility and data shall be processed according to the data protection policies of the service provider. Recipients of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data:
• to any member of our NOMIS Network group and collaborators which includes our subsidiaries,, who support our processing of personal data under this Policy. To organisations who process your personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions and the Data Protection Law. This includes in supporting the services we offer through the website, including those providing hosting services, providing fulfilment services, distributing any communications we send, supporting or updating marketing lists, facilitating feedback on our services and providing IT support services from time to time. These organisations (which may include third party suppliers, agents, sub-contractors and/or other companies in our group) will only use your information to the extent necessary to perform their support functions to recipients we are obliged to send your personal data to in order to comply with any court order, law or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request (but we shall inform you about such disclosure to the extent permitted by law).
Also, we will disclose your personal information to third parties If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of supply terms and other agreements with you; or to protect our rights, property, or safety of our other users.
We may use and disclose anonymized and/or aggregated information about you that does not identify you, without restriction, namely for analysis purposes and in order to compile statistics and carry out evaluations for improving the website.

Data Transfers Abroad

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of Switzerland or the European Economic Area (“EEA”) that may not be subject to equivalent Data Protection Law.

Communications via the website

The website allows users to communicate with one another in private and public forums. Any information that is disclosed in public areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when using these and avoid posting any personal information

Personal Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as you have an account with us in order to meet our contractual obligations to you or have provided previous consent to retain personal data to receive other information not related to the website. Also, content that you post via the website will remain available to other users for as long as they have accounts with us.
